Once a satellite for Jakarta's urban development in late 1960s, Cinere has now emerged as an evolved district, close to Jakarta outer toll road, TB Simatupang corridor, and the future MRT line and Depok-Antasari toll road. This project (taken by us, UNA Consultant Architect) was one of the new development in Centro Cinere CBD, which also consists of several other apartments, landed residential, commercial, and future office building and hotels. With such conditions, the project has its specific market (i.e. young families and expatriates) which made the unit configurations is dominated by two and three bedroom units, with middle-up and up-up markets.
Situated within an extended land from North to South beside the Pesanggrahan River and pine vegetation along its riverside, the site gives a specific challenge yet a strong uniqueness. With such natural surroundings, the key is to put forward the lush riverside landscapes and enhance outdoor experiences. The riverside landscape are also used for amenities and wellness facilities, with utilizing existing topography to create dynamic circulation and visual appearance. While regarding the landed residential nearby, it is key to sort out public and private zoning, for both the apartment and the landed residential.
